10 rules to live healthy

Easy to remember.
Simple to put in practice.

Fruits and vegetables are essential foods. Consume multiple servings per day.

Cereals are

Limit salt intake as much as possible, prefer natural flavour enhancers such as spices and herbs.

Limit consumption of red meat. Prefer fish or legumes.

To season your dishes, choose extra virgin olive oil, preferably raw.

Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day and avoid sugary and carbonated drinks.
